Thanks for the post. To my mind, people who consume legumes and grains (especially legumes) are more likely to be health concious than people who don't. They are more likely to have a healthier lifestyle in general with good levels of excersise and satisfactory intake of fruits and vegetables. They might be less likely to smoke or drink excessively too. What I am saying is that, if it was possible to take the same number of people, same level of fitness and lifestyle would having habitual intake of legumes and grains help reducing the impact of Covid-19? Maybe yes, maybe no..
